Brand Extension plans

As I have taken on so many personal projects (such as getting my work stocked in shops around the UK and now Australia!) and developed my existing briefs to include so many extensions to them, I have neglected this brief and would like to put it on hold until after easter, where I can make it my focal point as the main thing I am interested in creating is quality ranges of products that focus on materials, techniques and processes using specific themes such as typography, geometry, nature, etc and have them being made of paper. I would like to create products for the home such as lampshades, clocks, calendars etc, things for the office such as stationery, diaries, wall planners, organisational products and maybe create a few luxury products such as packaging for beauty products or similar products.

Lampshade Packaging Designs

Below is some typographic experimentation that I have carried out. I am starting to play around with fonts & layouts for my Lampshade brief as I have decided to create a design that can be used for a variety of products and over a range of designs made of paper, yet still be recognisable as the same 'brand' This typography would be used on the packaging and labels of the products.

Clock Experiments

This design is a quick idea I created to become part of the Lampshade packaging brief. I would like to extend brief the brief to include other products that appeal to the same target audience of my lampshades, so I bought a clock mechanism and used the same alphabetic pattern from my lampshade designs I created before Xmas to make a wall clock. I would like to create a range of desk/wall clocks for the home and office that have a similar feel to the lampshade designs I have created.

Previous Lampshade Ideas

From my previous brief before Xmas, I designed a range of lampshades with different themes to them. You can see these below.

However for this new lampshade packaging brief I would like to create more of a solid 'brand' feeling and create a more cohesive set of lampshades that all suit a target audience and look specifically similar, so I will be changing some of the designs to create a family of designs.
