Leeds Library Promotional Campaign - Frame Development Photos
The images below are some papercut typography designs and some cut typography out of old books. I thought these would make interesting visuals for my promotional imagery and I decided to use the colours of Leeds city council, as the current leaflet already does this. With yellow and blue paper mixed with old books I cut out words from the current promotional leaflet that read "Read, Learn, Listen, Fun" I will be using these words as the libraries tag line to put on the promotional material I create. The blue frame idea came from vintage bookplates which inspired me and then I designed the one below which was inspired by the ornate architecture of Leeds Library.
